company: twitch
plan: a series of individuals got injured at a twitch convention, so the approach we are going talk about is mcgregor’s x and y theory.
Identify an organization you would like to work on for the rest of the semester. You will
need to do research on the organization in order to identify the organizations’s
challenges, especially its communication challenges.
For this assignment, select three course concepts and develop a preliminary analysis
of the organization and its communication needs based on these. Then sketch out the
contours of the organizational training manual or re-organizational structure that might
help the organization meet one of those challenges.
You can review the training manual instructions for ideas. While those are only a few
suggestions, you can include ways to strengthen the organization’s visibility in the local
community or to hep organize information or an improved communication system.
You will need to do research on the organization in order to identify the organization’s challenges, especially its communication challenges and relate it to one or more theoretical approaches discussed this semester. You must also include key terminology and apply textbook definitions to your explanations based on the chapter(s) you and your team chose.
